Can I exchange something on my order if it doesn’t fit? Unfortunately, we are not currently set up to handle exchanges and, thus, all sales are final. Returns are not an option due to the cost of restocking fees.
I received my order, but something is wrong with the items. What should I do? Please email jburnett@ymcamidtn.org with your order confirmation number handy and we’ll do our best to get your problem taken care of.
How long will shipping take? We do our best to get your items shipped out within 2-3 business days.
What if an item is out of stock? We do our best to keep our inventory up on frequently purchased items. Most likely an item showing “out of stock” has already been reordered and we appreciate your patience as we restock items!
I made a mistake and I need to cancel my order. What should I do? Send us an email to jburnett@ymcamidtn.org and we will do our best to cancel it for you.
